Diamond Software Systems is owned by Faron Dunn, a professional locksmith for over 28 years in business as Dunn Lock & Safe Co in Griffin Ga. Faron is the president of F.E. Dunn Inc. Diamond Software Systems was founded when the first release of Locksmith Dispatcher was released in 1997. Locksmith Dispatcher was the dispatching software used at Dunn Lock & Safe Co several years before releasing it to the vertical market. Many improvements have been made since that time, with a list of features still on the board to be implemented. Our focus is to have a product for the security market that incorporates wireless technology for service technicians in the field, that is affordable to anyone that makes way for new technology. Dispatcher has been sold in Canada, Australia, and the USA. In 2001, Diamond Software Systems was contracted by Medeco High Security Locks, Inc. Salem Virginia to develop a one of a kind key management program. This program is KEY WIZARD™ which is now sold by most major lock manufactures like Medeco, Sargent, Yale, Corbin/Russwin, and many distributors. |
