Installation Instructions after Downloading:

  1. After downloading, go to the file that you downloaded and double click on it.
  2. After Installation, double click on the Icon on your desktop to run Locksmith Dispatcher 2004.
  3. When starting Dispatcher for the first time, when the login screen appears, you can type any name or password to start the program.  This is because the security has not been setup at this time.  After starting the program, select FILE>>SECURITY>>BROWSE USERS from the main menu, and then press INSERT to add a user with SUPERVISOR level.  Once the user has been added, select FILE>>SECURITY>>CHANGE LOGIN from the main menu to login with your new password.  Now since a user has been added to the system, you are required to enter your login and password when starting Dispatcher 2004.  Remember, your password is the same as your login until you change your password.
  4. DO NOT CHANGE THE COMPANY INFORMATION ON THE DEMO, OR THE SYSTEM WILL LOCK YOU OUT OF THE SOFTWARE.
  5. That's It, go have fun.
