DISPATCHER 2004 incorporates a Wizard type system that will write and quote most service orders automatically by just answering some questions asked by the system. Dispatcher 2004 now includes and integrated accounting system. Dispatcher 2004 now has a feature that that links into MapQuest™ so the user can view and print direction to a customers address. We have posted some screen shots for you all to take a look, or the demo can be downloaded from our website. This is the first version of the Wizards, so new updates will be added as necessary. All suggestions are welcome. We have included almost all of the accounting features that was available only in the Enterprise version. Facility Survey and Key Auditor will be released in the next few months.
